Philharmonia Voices will feature prominently throughout the Philharmonia Orchestra's 2020/21 London season, appearing in a succession of vividly dramatic works.
Among the highlights will be three concerts in the 'Origin Stories' series conducted by Esa-Pekka in his farewell season as Principal Conductor: Strauss' Elektra, Ravel's Daphnis and Chloé, and Scriabin's remarkable Prometheus.
Philharmonia Voices will also renew their long association with Jakub Hrůša, in Bartok's The Miraculous Mandarin.
The 2020/21 season will be Esa-Pekka Salonen's last as the Philharmonia's Principal Conductor. Philharmonia Voices will feature in several concerts of the season's 'Origin Stories' programmes.
